All our concerts take place at The Library Theatre, St George’s Square, Luton, LU1 2NG (www.lutonlibrarytheatre.co.uk).

The acoustics of the building are excellent for chamber music, and we benefit from the presence of one of the best pianos in the area.  Refreshment facilities are good; there is a licensed bar, and coffee, ice creams and confectionery are all available.  Although the theatre is on the top floor, facilities for the disabled are excellent, as the library was refurbished recently and the lifts overhauled.

Car parking is plentiful and free.  The Bute Street car park and the Central car park are both within easy walking distance, and a dedicated disabled car park is round the corner from the theatre.   

The theatre is excellently served by public transport.  Many buses terminate in Silver Street and others call at St George’s Square (see the map above), and the train station is at an easy stroll ‘s distance from the theatre (take the walkway down from the station towards the town centre, and you will come to the top of Bute Street).  There are cab ranks round the corner from the theatre in Bridge Street and at the station.
